Single cabin is 200% of double fare.

Cruise Package Includes:        

Seven night accommodations aboard the Carnival Valor, All food aboard ship, special entertainment, meet and greet the artists, pictures with the artists, onboard activities, gift bag, special T-Shirt,  cruise fare, non-commissionable cruise charges, port charges, taxes and $50.00 per Stateroom On Board Credit.  Tips, personal items, excursions, liquor, soda products and other items are additional and at your personal expense.

Transfers:

Miami Int’l Airport—$32.00 per person roundtrip
Ft. Lauderdale Int'l Airport - $60.00 per person roundtrip

Transfer quotes are subject to change. If you will need transfers, please advise us in writing prior to the final payment date. Transfers are included when purchasing your air through the cruise line.

Air Fare:

If you need airfare from your home city, please call us for a quote or through your travel agency.

Dinner Time: 

Dinner has been set for 6:00 pm.

Pre/Post Packages:

If you would like to add a few days prior to the cruise or add a few days after your cruise, please feel free to contact us.  Carnival offers some outstanding deals for hotels and events in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area as well as Tampa/Orlando area.

Citizenship:

A valid US Passport is required.  If you are not a US Citizen, please contact your consulate.

Please verify your passport is valid a minimum of six months after your last cruise date. 

Travel Insurance:

Travel Insurance is highly recommended!  Carnival insurance is $129.00 per person and 3rd/4th guest pay $59.00 per person.  Please note that this only covers what Carnival actually books and charges.  Special Entertainment Fee is not covered and non-refundable.  If you are booking your own air fare, we highly recommend you purchase additional travel insurance or see other travel insurance available and read thoroughly all the terms and conditions.

Payments:         

A $300.00 (per person) deposit holds your space and is due and payable at the time
of booking.

Deposits for guaranteed cabin assignments are $525.00 per person at time of booking.

Deposit schedule for 3 or more is $525.00 per person for the entire cabin.

Deposits for all Suites are $525.00 per person.

2nd payment of $300.00 (per person) is due on March 30, 2009.

Final payment is due by June 1, 2009. On this date the cancellation penalties will apply.  Please read your cruise line brochure for explanation of these fees.

Forms of Payment:

Cash, check, money order, and all major credit cards through your travel agency.

Please note that there is a limited amount of block cruise space at the above prices. Additional cruise space is subject to price control of the cruise line and is subject to change without notice. There is a $300.00 service charge included in the cost of your cruise which is an entertainment/production fee and is not applicable to any travel insurance and is not a refundable fee.
